Four important reasons to ensure your International Travel Documents are in order! |
As security is made a priority for immigration and airlines, there has been a crackdown on what important information is necessary to travel. 1. If the name you provide to your travel consultant and the name on your passport are not identical, you may be denied boarding upon check-in. Please forward a copy of your passport (face page) and any relevant visa pages to assist us to ensure all your data is correct in the booking. 2. You must ensure that you have at least 6 months validity left on your passport for your scheduled return date back - if you don't, you may not be allowed to leave Australia in the first place!
3. Some visa processing times can take up to 8 weeks, ensure you are prepared as early as possible. Failure to have the appropriate visa documentation will mean denied boarding in Australia. Please ask one of our dedicated travel consultants about whether you will require a visa for your destination.
4. If you're travelling to the United States, you may not qualify for the Visa Waiver USA Entry Requirements - If you are travelling on an Australian passport you may still be required to obtain a visa prior to your departure subject to the United States of America's immigration requirements. Please contact one of our travel consultants to obtain a list of questions which may mean you are required to obtain a visa.

Don't let changes to the International Cabin Baggage restrictions hold you up! |
Familiarise yourself with recently introduced changes

All containers with drinks, creams, perfumes, sprays, gels, toothpaste and similar substances will have to be carried in a re-sealable transparent plastic bag, no larger than one litre, and be inspected separately at the airport screening point. Avoid the APEC disruptions in Sydney 2-9 September |
Delegates and participants for APEC have started to arrive in Sydney and during the period, visitors should expect that there may be some traffic delays and other minor inconveniences.
